• Payment: A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before departure. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 15 days or more in advance: Free cancellation.

• Cancel between 7 and 14 days in advance: 50% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• Cancel within 7 days: 100% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• Force Majeure Cancellation (due to natural disasters, epidemics, or circumstances beyond control): We will assist in rescheduling or fully refunding the tour price.

3. Tour Changes Policy

• You may request to change the tour dates or destination at least 7 days in advance. Any changes will incur an additional fee according to the specific tour’s terms.

4. Tour Itinerary

• Itinerary: We are committed to following the published itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic conditions, etc.), we may need to make changes to the itinerary without prior notice.

• Punctuality: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

5. Travel Insurance Policy

• Travel Insurance: All customers participating in our tours are covered by travel insurance for the duration of the trip (with some exceptions). This ensures your safety in case of unexpected situations.

6. Children Policy

• Children under 2 years old: Free (sharing with an adult).

• Children aged 2 to 12 years: 50% off the adult price.

• Children aged 12 and above: Full price (same as adult).

7. Visa Policy

• Visa: We offer visa assistance for international tourists. Please provide all required documents and information at least 15 days before departure to ensure enough time for processing.

8. Luggage Policy

• Customers are allowed to bring one checked luggage and one carry-on bag. Extra luggage will incur additional charges according to the policies of the airlines.
