Tour Itinerary

DAY 01: HANOI – HALONG – HANOI (Meals: Lunch)
Morning: 08:30 – The tour guide and car will pick you up at the Hanoi Opera House and depart for Halong. On the way, you can relax, enjoy the scenic views along the route, or participate in fun games organized by the tour guide. 10:00 – The group will stop at Sao Do, Hai Duong for a rest and have breakfast at a restaurant (cost on your own). Continue the journey to Bai Chay Port, where you will board the cruise ship to start the Halong Bay tour, a UNESCO World Heritage site recognized twice (during the cruise, lunch will be served with seafood dishes prepared from fresh Halong Bay seafood).

Afternoon: After lunch, the group will visit the Heavenly Palace Cave (Dong Thien Cung), which is known as a palace in the sky and one of the most beautiful and famous caves in Halong Bay. Then, continue to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the bay, including Dog Rock, Incense Burner Peak, Fighting Rooster, and many other islands with various shapes. The boat will stop at the Fighting Rooster Island area, where you can rest and enjoy the view (for those who choose package 02, you will have the chance to experience kayaking for 1 hour to explore Halong Bay in your own way). At 16:00, return to the cruise ship and head back to the port. The car will take you from Halong back to Hanoi. On the way, you can rest.

19:00 – Arrive in Hanoi, where the car will take you to Tran Quy Cap Station. You can have dinner on your own (cost on your own). Afterward, prepare your luggage and check-in for the train departing for Sapa (overnight on the train).

DAY 02: LAO CAI – SAPA (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
06:00 – The train will arrive at Lao Cai Station, where the car and tour guide will pick you up and take you to Sapa, a tourist town located about 45 minutes by car from Lao Cai. After arriving, check-in at the hotel and have breakfast at the restaurant.

08:00 – Begin a walking tour to visit Cat Cat Village and Sin Chai, the home of the Black H'mong ethnic group. You will have the chance to learn about the local customs and culture of the ethnic minorities here, watch the traditional fabric weaving techniques, and visit the old hydroelectric plant built by the French colonialists. The group will have time to explore and capture beautiful photos of this stunning mountainous area. Afterward, head back to Sapa and have lunch at a restaurant.

In the afternoon, you are free to rest at the hotel or visit the Stone Church, a historical architectural monument in Sapa. You can also shop for Sapa’s famous products such as herbs, textiles, and handicrafts made by the ethnic minorities as souvenirs for family and friends.

19:00 – Dinner at a local restaurant. Afterward, feel free to explore Sapa at night and enjoy local grilled foods like corn, sweet potatoes, cassava, local chicken, pork, and grilled eggs (cost on your own). If you are there on a weekend, you can also join the local love market with traditional dance and music performances by the ethnic people. Overnight at the Grand View 2* Hotel in the center of Sapa.

DAY 03: SAPA – LAO CAI – HANOI (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Morning: Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and breathe in the fresh, cool air. 07:00 – Have breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, 09:00 – Visit the Ham Rong Mountain Resort, see the Orchid Garden and Cloud Yard, and enjoy traditional music performances by local villagers from the H'mong and Thai ethnic groups. Then, enjoy a panoramic view of Sapa from Ham Rong Mountain and capture beautiful moments of the northwestern mountains.

12:00 – Lunch at a local restaurant, then return to the hotel for check-out.

Afternoon: The group will head to Lao Cai Station, and you can relax or take a walk around the area. If you wish, you can visit the Coc Leu Market (at your own expense) to buy highland products.

18:00 – The group will gather at Lao Cai Station, have dinner at a restaurant, and prepare your luggage to board the train back to Hanoi (overnight on the train).

DAY 04: ARRIVE IN HANOI
Arrive in Hanoi at 05:00, and the tour will end with a farewell to the group
