From above, Halong Bay looks like a gigantic, incredibly vivid painting. Walking through Halong, you feel as if you've stepped into a fairy-tale world turned to stone. Some islands resemble a person standing and facing the mainland (Human Head Island), others look like a dragon soaring over the water (Dragon Island), while some resemble an elderly man fishing (Mr. La Vong Island), and there are also Sail Island, Pair of Roosters Island, Incense Burner Island... All these formations look so real, so astonishingly lifelike. The shapes of these magical islands change unpredictably according to the angle of sunlight and the viewpoint. Hidden within the islands are stunning caves like Thien Cung Cave, Dau Go Cave, Sung Sot Cave, and Tam Cung Cave... These are truly natural castles in the midst of the earthly world. Since ancient times, Halong has been called a wonder of the earth raised between the sky by the great national poet Nguyen Trai.

Tour Itinerary

DAY 01: HANOI - HALONG (Meals: Lunch + Dinner)

Morning: At 08:30, the bus and guide will pick you up from your designated location (hotels in the Old Quarter of Hanoi or the Opera House) and depart for the 2-day, 1-night Halong tour. On the way, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside of the Red River Delta along the highway.
At 10:00, the group will stop at a rest station on the new 5B highway, where you have time to rest, freshen up, and purchase any necessary items for the trip (if needed).
At 12:00, the group arrives at Tuan Chau Pier. The guide will assist in completing the registration for the Halong Bay sightseeing tour. Afterward, everyone will board the cruise ship to begin the journey to explore Halong Bay.
From 12:30 - 12:45, lunch will be served in the cruise's restaurant with dishes made from local ingredients. During the meal, the cruise will gently take you deeper into the center of Halong Bay, passing iconic spots such as: Lu Huong Peak, Dog Rock, and the Fighting Rooster Islet.

Afternoon: The next stop is Sung Sot Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, known for its magnificent stalactites and stalagmites, living up to its name. Visitors will be in awe of the natural beauty of this wonder.
Next, you will go kayaking through Luon Cave, which is famous as the most beautiful water cave in the center of the heritage site. After passing through the cave, you’ll reach a large lagoon with fresh air and stunning scenery. If you're lucky, you might even spot a colony of golden monkeys or some wild birds living in the area.
To end the day, enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear waters of Titop Beach. Here, you can choose to climb Titop Mountain for panoramic views of Halong Bay, a perfect spot for photography enthusiasts, or relax by the beach.
At 16:00, the group will return to the cruise and head back to Tuan Chau Pier, enjoying the stunning views of thousands of islands in the bay as the evening sets in. You’ll have time to rest and relax in the serene atmosphere of Halong Bay.
At 17:45 - 18:00, the cruise will dock, and the bus will take the group to the hotel to check-in and rest. At 18:30, dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant. After dinner, you can explore the Halong Night Market, where you can buy famous handicrafts, or stroll around the seaside town in the evening.

DAY 02: HALONG - HANOI (Meals: Breakfast + Lunch)

Morning: Wake up early to watch the sunrise over Halong Bay and capture this beautiful moment. At 07:00, breakfast will be served at the hotel restaurant. Afterward, you are free to rest or visit the Dragon Park, where you can enjoy thrilling rides at Sun World Halong (admission and transportation are on your own).
At 11:00, return to the hotel to pack your bags and check out.

Afternoon: At 12:30, enjoy lunch at the restaurant before boarding the bus to return to Hanoi. On the way, the group will stop at a rest station along the highway for a short break. You can shop for local specialties to bring home as souvenirs for your loved ones.
Afterward, the bus will continue the journey back to the original meeting point. The tour concludes, and we look forward to welcoming you again.
